Should you have any questions or concerns please contact me within 72 hours of service provided so I can address your concerns in a timely manner. Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to be on file to schedule an appointment. Please note, your card is not charged at the time of booking. Acceptable forms of payment at the time of service are Cash, Zelle or Venmo. No CREDIT CARDS for payment. Kindly call or text to cancel and or reschedule appointment 48 hours prior. Failure to provide a sufficient notice will result in a 100% charge of service booked for all missed appointments. There will be a 15 minute grace period for all appointments after which your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of service booked will be forfeited. No-shows will not be able to book any future appointments and will be charged 100% of service booked. I do understand that emergencies can happen, however this cancellation policy is non-negotiable. Please respect my time as I value yours.
